Geared Elevators :
Electric AC motors are used to power geared traction equipment. Steel hoist ropes are "rolled" across a drive sheave that is connected to a gearbox that is being powered by a high speed motor in geared machines, which employ worm gears to regulate the mechanical movement of elevator cars. For speeds up to 4 m/s and heights of 90 meters, these machines are often the best solution for basement or overhead traction use. We have products produced in Italy, Turkey, and China such as AKIS, EKER, GEM, NBSL, and TOP GEAR.
